Order
Yes, we ship all over the world.
With exceptions to a few countries: Israel, Mexico & Saudi Arabia
It depends on where you are. Deliveries inside of the EU take 1-5 days to arrive.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once we print your shipping label the tracking information is created and emailed to you.
However it doesn't update till the shipping carrier scans it in at their warehouse, which can take 1-2 days
Rest assured there is nothing wrong with your order and tracking will automatically update.
All orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours. Our fulfilment team works around the clock to make sure your package gets to you as fast as possible.
Keep in mind that some of our exclusive drops have different fulfilment times, if you're not sure when your item will ship please contact us.
Copped the wrong size or something not exactly your style? no worries, we got you. You can exchange it within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, your piece(s) must be in new and unworn condition, so we can restock it on our site. We'll need you to provide a picture of the item to confirm its new condition before we can start the exchange process.
It's important to keep in mind that you'll be responsible for the costs of tracked postage and proper packaging with your exchange. To ensure that the item arrives in good condition, we recommend using a bubble mailer. If we receive a damaged item, we won't be able to honor the exchange.
If you're exchanging a limited release item or limited stock item, we recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible to avoid missing out on the item you want. If stock is low or sold out we won't be able to honour the exchange.
We want to make the exchange process as smooth as possible, so if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
At CHAYNE, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 3 days of receiving your order. We offer store credit on returns for the value of your order minus shipping fees
Please note that all sales of handmade items and limited edition drops are final, meaning they cannot be returned for any reason other than defects upon arrival.
